New Costume for Sopranist Sai Yanguang

Hiroko Koshino has been designing stage costumes for Ms. Sai  Yanguang, a China-born and Tokyo-based coloratura soprano, for some  10 years. The newest design is from the designer's 2012 Spring/Summer  collection with some arrangement to make it into a voluminous long  dress. Hiroko is proud that the costume highlights Ms. Sai's elegant  beauty.

The dress was shown for the first time in a concert given at an event organized by a big business in Tokyo last month, and on February 9th,  Ms. Sai will sing some songs from "La Traviata" at a dinner show commemorating the 20th anniversary of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so. See her official website below for the details. When you  have a chance to hear her beautiful voice, we are honored if you turn  your attention to her dress as well.
