Hiroko Koshino on TV
On Thursday, March 17th, Hiroko Koshino participated in a symposium commemorating the 50th anniversary of the modern craftwork artists exhibition. In Kanazawa, where the exhibition was held, the designer had an enthusiastic discussion with Mr. Yuji Akimoto, Director of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, Mr. Junji Ito, Professor of University of Toyama, actor/artist Mr. Tsurutaro Kataoka, and Mr. Ryohei Miyata, President of Tokyo University of the Arts, on the theme of "talking about the future of the craftwork: what to create now, as Japanese."
The symposium will be broadcasted on NHK-Educational TV with the title of "TV Symposium" on Saturday, April 23rd, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on NHK-Educational TV.
